The ideal candidate for Senior Development Associate has a minimum of 3-4 years of fundraising experience, preferably with foundations, grant writing, and major donors. The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, creative, and collegial. This position offers exceptional opportunities for professional growth, working directly with senior staff and board, and building relationships with prominent foundations and donors. We are looking for someone who is eager to join a high-performing, mission-driven organization, and can hit the ground running. Salary $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience. Excellent benefits.
